All orders are delivered through our platform via the Completed Orders tab and not via email. Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a notification within the platform. An email notification will also be sent to the registered email address with a link to the download page.
Customers should carefully review each draft they receive during the progressive delivery of the order and provide feedback before the writer completes the work.
Once the writer receives the full agreed-upon amount, the work is considered completed. Eight days after the deadline, if no revision is requested, the funds will be automatically released to the writer’s account.
If the Customer has any complaints regarding the quality or lack of timely execution of the work delivered, refund and/or dispute resolution may be addressed by our refund policy.
By using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by this Delivery Policy and to take all reasonable steps to facilitate an efficient and successful delivery process.

Progress Tracking
The Customer can track the progress of their orders through their account, where information about the order and its status is displayed. They can also contact the Writer at any time through any of the available communication channels to receive updates on the status of their order. By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges that it may take several hours to receive a response from a Writer.
If the Customer continuously annoys the Writer with abusive behaviour or repeats the same messages and discourages or distracts them, the Writer has the right to mute the Customer so that the Writer can adhere to the established schedule of partial and final deliveries.
The Customer can track the progress of the Order using their Personal Account, where information about each Order and its status is displayed.
When ordering the Services, you must not send the Editors any content that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, slanderous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racist, sexually or racially offensive.

Review/Refund Policy

Scope of revisions: Revisions are made to correct errors, cover the original instructions, or improve the content. Revisions are not free when they deviate from the client’s original instructions.
Timeframe for revision: Revisions requested within 7 days of the order submission date are free. Revisions or changes requested after the 7 days will be at an additional cost, which will be determined by the level of difficulty in performing the revision. Clients are encouraged to review drafts received from writers during progressive delivery and submit their comments promptly to receive the revised order.
Revision Limitations: We reserve the right to reject or limit multiple revision requests if the client’s behavior shows obvious exploitation of the writer or the revision requests are considered excessive and unreasonable. In cases where revision requests are considered unreasonable, we may set limits on the number of revisions or impose additional fees.
Final Approval: Upon completion of revisions, if the client does not provide comments within the agreed-upon timeframe, the order will be considered complete.

Payment Policy

When submitting an order, you agree to pay for the Service provided. The writer begins working on the order only after payment for the Service has been made and confirmed.
The price provided to the client includes both the writer’s and the platform’s remuneration for using the company’s website.
The service fee is non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise expressly permitted in these Terms, the Refund Policy or other policies available on our Website (e.g. when the order rating is 0%).
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express can be used for payments.

Refund Policy

However, delays attributable to the following factors are not eligible for refunds.
• The customer failed to provide essential information or responded late to the writer’s questions.
• Additional revisions or modifications were required to ensure the quality of the final product.
• Unavoidable circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies, affected the writer’s ability to meet the deadline.
• If the work delivered does not meet the original guidelines, the client may request a revision of the work. Our writers are obligated to make the necessary changes to align the content with the original guidelines.
Refund requests are typically processed within three business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
• You used the Product for personal purposes or as part of another Order on the Site. In this case, at least 70% of the contract price must be released. However, the amount may be modified as per the investigation of the Quality Assurance Department.
• A lower grade than expected is awarded. Please note that we do not guarantee high grades.
